Kenshin arrived and said that he would take the punishment for the four people who were to be executed. The officer saw his sword and challenged him. The cops at Kamiya dojo heard about it so Kaoru went out to see Kenshin. Kenshin refused to fight so the officers ordered the execution. The people protested so the officer ordered to arrest everyone and allowed his men to slay them. Kenshin drew his sword and knocked down all the police swordsmen.
